Facts On e-Toll tags Revealed - BOYCOTT SANRAL's e-TAG

FACTS REVEALED ON 702 THIS MORNING REGARDING THE e-TOLL TAG.

* Less than 10 000 registered e-Tag's at present

* The system is not manageable for cars travelling on the highways without an e-Tag.

* The Ben Schoeman Highway between Pretoria and Johannesburg carries 300 000 cars per day.

* The e-Tag system is a dismal failure so far.

* The latest R1.75 p/km is a last bid from the government to force us to buy this e-Tag so they can get the 98% of the pension money back they've spent on the toll roads.

* You DON'T HAVE TO BUY THE e-TAG.

If we all stand together, THIS SYSTEM CAN BE STOPPED.

DO NOT get an e-TAG and THE SYSTEM WILL FAIL. Please pass on…..

300 000 x R1.75 = R 525000.00 per day and what will they be doing with all that money?
Remember this is every day forever!
AND just as it gets rollo=ing they'll make it more expensive and you'll be nailed to a wall.
They have already loaded the Petrol price to recover the State Pension Fund money.

Do not register, read the terms and conditions before deciding whether to register. By registering you agree to those one-sided terms and conditions. The terms and conditions only benefit SANRAL, and put you at jeopardy.

  1. The (A)frican (N)ational (C)orruption can stop the BILLIONS of rands in wasteful expenditure and pay the 98% they've now wasted back!!!

  2. It no longer matters what we think. They will continue to try to get it into operation and may eventually succeed. We are currently paying for it with the 17 cents unaccounted for in the last petrol increase whether you use the road or not.

    Anything government controls WILL, sooner or later, be used to screw us.

  3. Has anyone consider the health hazard. Passing under the eToll gantries can have devastating effects on your body. You may suddenly begin to feel ill or ever disorientated and dont understand why. Sometimes the effects are felt like sunburn, a day or two later. Those blue, ever so blue lights are radiation, much worse than Cell phone towers. What is the Health Department doing about it.

  4. Funny thing is, a huge amount of the money which would be generated by E-toll is going to Austria! How are they planning to repay the pension funds they have pilfered to fund this ludicrous scheme? And how do we as South Africans stand to supposedly benefit from this? (according to the radio ads attempting to suger-coat it!) Screw Sanral, the government and the criminals expecting a windfall from this! DON'T GET TAGGED!!!!!!!!
